Put in a DSP5 switch and when I reconnected the batteries these symptoms showed up when I got the first ground connected. Finished connecting batteries and noticed the lights stopped flashing.

Opened the door, light show started up again. Put key in the ignition and all the idiot lights light up as normal, DIC initializes, etc. but the truck won't start. Lights and dash flash on/off.

Figured it must be some sort of anti-theft engaging, but nothing in the manual nor the DSP5 switch installation manual for a procedure to dis-engage.

Is there an anti-theft sequence I need to perform since the batteries were disconnected for so long?

Thanks in advance.

Last time that happened to me on my lmm, my batteries were going dead. Had to jump my truck and let it run for awhile to charge them back up. Not sure if its the same problem but might be something to check
