I did a search and could not find anything. Could someone please explain where i need to drill and tap for the boost tube on my LBZ. I got some new gauges and just got my pillar painted this week. So i would like to get them installed as soon as possible. Also where is the best place for the power, ground and illumination wires?

If anyone has any pictures that would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance!

That is perfect! Thank you. Now does it really matter if it is drilled and tapped on the top, side or bottom?

I don't see why it would, but I have an LB7. I'm sure someone with an LBZ will chime in.

Also, is there a trick to get the boost tube to stay snug into the fittings so it wont pull out?

trace no call ?? when you tighten the nut the ferrell swells around the tube and holds it if it pulls out you didn't tighten it enough

I gave you a call yesterday Trey, check your messages. So just hand tightening wont get it snug enough? Because thats all i have done so far just messing around with the parts. I have not installed them yet.
