ok im new to DF and fairly new to owning a duramax

I have a 03 LB7 owned it for a little over a year now.

anyways my truck started knocking a couple weeks ago. first i thought it was injector knock i took it to the dealership they said that it wasnt. they said all fuel pressure tested fine and they shut off one injector at a time and the noise changed a little but never stopped. The dealership said they think i have a bad wristpin on cyl #2. im having trouble believing it cause its a loud higher pitch clean sounding knock

Truck does not smoke at idle not much of a power loss and will not dump smoke like it did before it started knocking

could i have a injector stuck closed or should i start looking for a engine?

Taking truck into Danville performance in Indiana on Monday so well see what they say.

well compression test came up good and its not injector. theyre thinking its something in the head? Is this very common with the LB7?
