truck started to pour out white smoke and then stopped. now it smokin a little bit and spitting oil out the exhaust. its at the shop. just wondering what to expect
i just found out that there is coolant in the # 4 cylinder and a lot of blow by they said. they told me i was better off putting a new motor in it. is that true?
It depends how long water was in that cylinder if it was long enough to scar the cylinder wall and the machining cost is a lot with the parts then you probably need a new motor I would have them take that head off and look at the cylinder walls
if you get a new motor...get you a vein controller and put a lbz in it....buddy of mine had same problem and is in process of doing the motor swap...dont know if its gonna work alright...
