do you have the high idle kit or do you mean the cold weather high idle?

I love the cold high idle, it warms the truck up in half the time and with efi, i have it modified so it dosent have to be quite so cold out to work!:)

Ive got both but I was referring to the cold weater warm up.

i tried getting mine to do it the other week, but i dont think it was cold enough for it.

The cold weather high idle is great. It is cold enough here for it to kick in and it makes a big difference. My Dodge never gets warm.

Yeah, high idle is great except, I only have the manual one....but it is hooked up to my remote start. It sure is nice to have when it is -20F out like it is now.

It's too stinkin cold to run out and start your rig up here. today it was -20 again and if you run out to start your truck it seems after you come back in you never can get your body warm again. I have a 2 way remote to tell me if it is running from inside the hockey rink.

OK I admit, I'm a lazy old :fart . No wait, I'm a smart old :fart . I like my gadgets and the remote start is a winner. When I lived in Phoenix remote starts were not very popular since you needed to be moving to get them to cool down. But when it comes to heating up starting the engine a little early really helps. I wish I could get the heated seats to come on when I start it from the remote.
