Haha... nobody wants to start!
Well I put a deposit down last year and have finally got allocation but there's these stupid constraints now so I cannot yet contribute.... Anyone out of warranty yet?
I traded my 14 Sierra 1500 on my 20 Sierra 3500, fingers crossed, but so far only had the def poor quality message once, and went away soon after. Have 5600 miles
I’m currently having an issue with my 21. If I hit a decent size bump in the road I get a traction control on warning and it dings. If the bump is big enough I get a CEL. Code says front left hub assembly. They replaced it yesterday but I wasn’t 5 miles down the road before the warning popped up and CEL was on. I’m guessing it’s the sensor and not the actual hub since it was replaced. We’ll see this week what they do to fix it.
I’ve had mine for a year exactly but only have 12,800 miles due to working from home the last 14 months during COVID. That includes three trips from Phoenix to Colorado with our 10k lb 35 ft Jayco travel trailer. Not a single problem in my first year though...knock on wood. Love this truck!
47k------no issues except the first few months with the DEF sensor reading false resulting in the shut down message new DEF tank assy after software flash did not work, had a intermediate steering shaft replaced.
Other than that no issues oh yes the block heater cord recall. Just did the 45k tranny service.
2020 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 35,600 miles
DEF tank replaced twice
power steering line replaced twice (leaking)
passenger side CV axle replaced (torn boot)
gear box replaced twice (leaking)
passenger UCA replaced (torn ball joint boot)
DEF injector replaced (leaking)
battery replaced (low volts)
driver side rear wheel axle seal replaced (leaking)
probably forgetting some other items. My dealer up here has been awesome though and everything was replaced under warranty. Interior Alaskan winters are pretty rough on vehicles. And I look over my truck with a fine tooth comb.
