Not much more than a stock Allison. If anything maybe less depending on driving style.

I ran my truck on a 120 edge tune for 2 years...driving style is a biggie tho as (Mackyoudip) said. Mine is also a lb7, a lttle less hp stock, but i also had every upgrade listed except my crazy larry and my southbend of course. Whats the next setting available on your tuner?

You could do about 90-120 hp if you don't slip it too much and don't go ape shit on it everyday

Yeah thats what you dont want to do! No flat foot shifting...I wouldnt suggest side stepping the clutch ethier. The stock flywheel in these trucks are CRAP.. I change my clutch master cylinder fluid every oil change too, I use dot 4 fully synthetic.

I honestly do not beat on this truck, no flat foot shifting or side stepping the clutch, which is why I am so upset its started to slip. According to the computer changing this clutch is 5 hours labor, what makes it so bad?
