Psyco, Great write up! Of all the ways I've seen this done yours seems to make the most sense and the easiest to do. I'll definitely invest $20 in your system rather than $100. for the "Burkhard Kit". That must be for show trucks or people with money to throw away. Yours makes it simple to return to stock if you ever had to also. Thanks again for taking the time to post this!

Where did you find a cap for the resonator? Is it heat proof? I would rather have a cap also. Let me know where to look for one or what they are called. Thanks...

Thanks jpat. I have the test plug now but I think I would feel alittle better with the jim cap. When people say "if something could go wrong it probably will" they are talking about "me".

OK, so I'll ask again. Does anyone actually find oil in the hose when you do this reroute? I had mine on for 10,000 miles and when I removed it I could not see a trace of oil. I have my doubts as to whether this method actually works. I can see how the Burchfield system would work, but I'm still in doubt.......
