Depends how many miles and old the truck is. Put mine on a lift and used an air hammer to get my keys out on my 04 with 50k on it last summer. Use lots of PB blaster about every day for a week before you install them.
Super easy install, should take an hour tops, especially considering your rig is a southern truck and you don't have the rust to deal with like we do in my area. That's the only time torsion keys become your worst enemy.
Also make sure you have a torsion bar removal tool (or a ball joint removal tool can be used as well) for taking the tension off the keys prior to removing the bolts.
Just be careful, the old keys are under a substantial amount of force, let alone the new keys you are going to be installing.
