Intermittent tractor mode

I have been having intermittent P2149/0203/0205/0208 code. It rarely happens and might be related to wet weather, possibly. I can hook up my scanner and delete the code then the truck will drive normally for long periods of time. I have replaced the injector connectors, I have ice picked them, I have looked for and not found any shorts in the wiring harness, I have insulated the harness above the FICM, I have opened up the FICM (it looks good). It will happen a few times within a single drive (2-3 times) I'll delete the codes and then it will run fine for a month or 2.
I am at a loss.
The truck is an LLY and it has a airdog lift pump. I will replace the filter, as soon as they arrive. The truck is tuned, has EFI Live and runs great besides. Any advice would be appreciated.

I will check it again. I can't figure it out. Thought I had this gremlin beat.
I just posted this on another thread.
Your FICM is on it's way out most likely. I've dealt with this 2 times already.
Good luck finding a replacement for a reasonable price unless you send yours off for refurbishment.

Where would be a reputable place to buy a new one?
smore79 Thanks for all the intel with the attached post, that was a great breakdown. I'm so frustrated with this truck right now.

I still need to send my bad one off. Wasn't a top priority at the moment as I went straight into a head gasket job that ended up costing way more than expected.

I'm going to send the bad one to SIA Electronics - and hopefully the circuit board isn't bad.
You can search through eBay and junk yards, but you're going to shell some serious coin for a used one. The used one I bought was around 1700. Apparently GM doesn't make these and a few other modules anymore. Hopefully yours can be rebuilt.

Hang in there! Once it's all done you'll have piece of mind knowing you did all the work, and it was done right.
