i have 2007.5 lmm i know i have a spin on tranny filter but is there and internal one if so how often do u change it thanks

Yes the Allison has an internal and an external filter. The internal one is changed during overall. See the Allison transmission recommendations thread at the beginning of this section or click here.

so basically the external takes up all the shity fluid the internal just sorta cleans it a second time ???
