Planning on servicing my automatic transmission. Parts guy asked what type of pan I have on transmission. Deep or shallow. Each takes a different filter (internal). Any idea on how I can tell??

The internal filter is only required to change at overhaul. I do know with the Mag Hytec pan we just installed on an 04 that it took the deep pan filter.
