Gonna sound great. My lly had all jl speakers in it, and I loved it. That's basically the set up that I had. Biggest difference was I had the 13tw5 with a tma amp at 500/1 powering it. Those are incredible speakers for how thin they are.

Good to hear, no pun intended. It’s a lot of money do you think it was worth the $$$?

I would personally not do the dash speakers and just delete them from the truck all together. They get very bright when you apply extra power to them and there not in an ideal location. the door speakers will be in a better location for the highs and you will have plenty of power from them with that setup. I dont personally have a lot of experience with JL, there not my favorite sounding speaker, but thats a personal preference and nothing against the brand itself. Ive always liked the way Polks and the Pioneer D series speakers sound.

Edit: your turn signals chimes and the like play through the driver dash speaker, so you will need to keep this speaker connected but you dont want to amplify it if possible. i would also relocate it behind the radio or something to get it away from the glass.

as for the hardware you have there, 2 gauge, totally fine, but not necessary. 4 gauge would be safe for the 2 amps your have specified.

300 watts RMS (the sub amp) is kind of on the low end for a sealed box. id go ported, or go with a bigger motor and amp. i wouldn't put anything under 600 watts in a sealed box, you just dont have enough power to overcome pressure and vacuum in the box. Though, that speaker does list that its designed for a sealed box so maybe it will sound good. My experience has taught me otherwise though.

i have not installed that radio interface, but PAC makes good stuff so im sure it will work well.

If you appreciate good audio, it is. Some (most) will say no lol. I love it. The disturbed remake of sound of silence was goose bump inducing.

Still waiting on a quote or two but may switch out the single 12TW3 for a Stealthbox with 2 10s

Love the system. Sounds amazing all the way up or close to it. Perfect combo of components IMHO.
