ok, maybe i have missed it somewhere, but what the hell is junior member mean (other than new member) and when or how does it get changed? other forums i use you can change it, but i havent been able to figure it out on this one!

i think it changes to member after some number of posts and then to something else mine changed not to long ago i guess its around 30

Ya its has to go with the number of posts you have. I know a regular member cant change it. Only the Admin
