[LLY DMAX]

bought a 2005 lly head gaskets went . got it all torn down just was wondering what i should all replace or do while the heads are off?

this is what i have in mind so far

ARP head studs

grade c head gaskets and all other gaskets for the job

new glow plugs

gonna get heads machined and pressure checked....

should i put in heavier push rods ?

anything else off hand that you would replace?

I wouldnt do different pushrods....

Depends on what your plans for the truck are.

You could do some profab/ats manifolds up-pipes. Alot easier to do with the heads off, and check out the motor mounts when the heads are off.

You could also install some new valve springs.

But it depends on the plans for the truck.
