Bought an Edge Evo CTS Race....hooked it all up and it won't turn on.

I read eveything that came with it and I got nothin....

I guess it's tech support tomorrow.

Cranks, truck starts.....Evo don't do nothin. It says it should turn on by touching the screen with the key in on position. That doesn't work. Also says once the truck starts it should fire up on it's own ...nothin.

I checked both plugs and they both seem to be in all the way.

Doesnt the Monitor plug into the OBDII? if its not getting power check your cigarette lighter fuse, that is the same power as the OBD II

OK gonna put down my whisky and go out side and check it...actually I'm just gonna carry the whisky with me....

So what's this tranny re-learn I was reading in another thread do I really need to drive for 50 to 100 miles to re-learn the tranny after I get this thing going?

late night whiskey fueled truck modding.... there's nothing better.

Only had one to ease the pain of it not working out the box.

Happy days those a blown cig fuse is all it was.

Gonna take it for a quick turn around.

Ok so eveything seems to be working as it should. I set it on #2 and I can say it's a drastic improvement.

I'm no expert by any means but I'm pretty sure the tranny was slipping a little bit. the road was wet from recent rain but I think it was the tranny.

I guess transgo jr is next then exhaust.

When I start the truck is the tuner going to make me agree to the what ever it says on start up every time? I thought it would be just the first time I fire it up but everytime I started the truck I had to click yes a couple of times.

OK cool I think I started it maybe 4-5 times so hopfully it will stop.
