I may be getting a new diesel. Either a Jetta TDI or a Cruze Diesel. Don't know yet.

nahhh over there on the passenger side, inside the frame rail, above the exhaust

on mine, there is a big open space of nothing + an un used OEM exhaust hanger

i mean, i might have some more room to push mine up, but to try something else and it works without issues? (now that would be pioneering right there!!) :)

Ah, gotcha, I know exactly where you're talking about. I considered mounting my air tank there in the future.

What do you think, incorporate the hanger or not? Drill/tap frame direct?

nah that shits gonna be chopped off!

i would rather see about using existing bolts than make new holes :)

FML, i had a perfect picture of the area, and now i cant find it! But there should be plenty of room in there.....just need to visualize something and make it, would probably be pretty simple

anything is possible when your determined enough......except teleporting......that shit will never work!

Dropping the front diff, part 1/2

So I went ahead and pulled the two straps off the front driveshaft and hung the shaft with a big zip tie to the hard lines directly above it (does anyone know for sure how to remove it from the transfer case?)

Removed the RCX skid plate as well
