Nope total plug and play on glass and forward blinkers. The forward blinkers are not clearance lights as well, is what I meant. You can wire em up tho.

The reverse leds come with taps to install.

They definitely look great. No complaints there. A wee bit shaky at high speeds. The glass is shaky not the housings themselves.

I'd buy again. If I could get OEM for double I'd thInk it was worth it. Lower glass has great field of view

Well crap, you sold me!

Gonna get them on order today, and as for glass shaking...that's no big deal unless it's horrible then there are ways to absorb it :)

You guys have some pictures?

I see them for the exact price Oscy, figured why not

I really just want heayed, power adjustment, and the normal glass blinker

You said the wiring would have to change to make the glass blinker work?
Like oscyjack said, you really can't beat them for the price and everything was plug and play except for the reverse lights. I just wired them to a small rocker switch in the cab so i can turn them on whenever I want. I can get some pictures when I get home from work tonight.

07-13 Silverado Sierra Black Power+Heated+Smoke LED Turn Signal Towing mirrors

Search that on ebay, you can buy them in all black with a smoked turn signal lens. But it is also my understanding that the chrome covers will pop off but will need replaced with black covers.

the new mirrors will be here tomorrow!

so my thoughts..

A. instead of rocking the chrome, pop the pieces, plastidip them black though im not a fan of the stuff, but might be good that high up, rock that until i get the front clip repainted, and have them painted at the same time, and they wont be textured plastic.

B. didnt get that far

My logic behind it was to get the chrome ones since they're smooth.., that way when i get from my clip repainted i can get them painted at the same time, and the time spent sanding on the textured black plastic caps wouldn't be an issue.

i can plastidip them satin black and rock them like that (Since they would match the wheels N stuff) and when i go to repaint, i peel it all off and get everything sprayed together

:D

so yesterday evening i went ahead and installed the tow mirrors i bought off ebay, $145 shipped, and so far i'm enjoying them!

i don't have the courtesy lights hooked up yet, but after reading a little more, they won't be hard at all to make work!

i started with the driverside first, but the pictures i lay out in here will be the passenger side first, that way if anyone needs a pointer (really easy install) the cleaner side will be shown first :)

first you remove the panel behind the door handle, and then the one under the arm rest.

everything is 10mm, an extension is required

cushion for the pushin' :D

razor blade to pop the cover off, there is a threaded rod down there that this sits on, and the small cover wedges around the threads

you dont need to remove the door panel, just mainly pop it free on the mirror side so you can unplug the wires

plug

verifying the new one and the old one match

there is a smaller plug with a long bundle of wire included, that is for the courtesy lighting

snap the new one in and bolt it down
