Not sure if this is the right spot for the post.
but any 20-23 guys running something like this on an all stock truck? Trying to decide if want to pre order for the 24. Also any downside if I need to take in for warranty work? thanks

I'm running this exhaust on my '21. I like it, it feels like I lost a little back pressure when I put it on which allowed the revs to move a little quicker. I don't believe I gained any power, and no additional noise. Very quality piece and I'd buy it again in heartbeat if not just to redirect the heat. I haven't went to the dealer yet, but I need to within a month or so and I'll see if they give me any grief for having it.

Can't see why they would void any warranty. Its just a pipe after the DPF. Really doesn't do anything for performance other than take the tip restriction out of the system from the cool air inlet for the OEM tip. The main flow restriction in the system is the DPF and the turbo down pipe. The exhaust is really just for looks and changing the OEM exit position which no one really seems to like.

The service department/mechanic inquired about my exhaust when I took it in for warranty work. I told him it was for towing purposes. I'm wondering if the lower EGT's decreased my miles between regens and increased regen time. I'm at about 525 miles between regens and 25-30 minutes while highway driving. No complaints, just observations.

I'm running this, did some research a while back and I believe someone dug up the material between the 2 and that the AFe has a higher grade stainless.

I've been running it for over a year and it made a big difference after my lift and tires. You won't be disappointed at all. Now the banks cold air intake worthless. Lol I only bought that because I'm planning on installing my Derringer when it cools off.

I have this exhaust on my 2019 2500HD and have had it to the dealership on several occasions and no questions were asked.

As far as warranties being voided, there is a law passed in 1975 (The Magnusson Moss Warranty Act) that prevents OEMs, dealerships etc from voiding warranties on aftermarket parts that do not change algorithms in the ECM. It also states that dealerships cannot require only OEM parts be installed during the warranty period if the algorithms are not changed for the aftermarket parts. Went thru this on my 2021 3500HD when the hot side coupling failed on my Banks parts and fouled the DPF. Chevrolet pushed back until I read and sent them a copy of the law. Then was told I would have to wait 2 more weeks for the OEM DPF, again read them the law as written stating I had the right to non OEM parts to be installed. A new DPF from aftermarket was installed the next day with no other questions.

Banks CAI for me was not a good experience. I couldn't seem to get it set up correctly and it had a very bad drone. While it was installed, I didn't see improvement, so I removed and sold it. Thinking of just putting a K&N replacement filter into the stock box on my next filter change.

I currently have peddle monster installed and want to add the Derringer next. Was also thinking of the turbo inlet elbow and boost tubes as next add ons too.

I have the banks CAI and derringer. I like them both. The CAI isn't doing much but I did notice throttle response improved when taking off. I'm curious if anyone noticed a difference in my current setup (Derringer, pedal monster, CAI) after adding the other tubes to this set up. If it spools the turbo quicker, or gets much more clean air in, I'm more than likely interested.

I have had this and the Banks cold air intake on my 22' for over a year. No CEL's and no issues with the dealer when in twice for warranty repairs. I too agree the Banks L5P exhaust kit is purely aesthetic and really only changes the direction of the heat exhausted. No sound difference. I think it look waaay better though.

Not every part fits everyone builds.

Banks has give proof of improvements and the science behind it.

Does it change the truck in a radical way, No.
Does it add a Loud exhaust note, No
Does it give you 300 rear wheel horse power no.

It does look great to me. I has positive effect for the truck.

They are also listening to those who have it and are changing the material they are made from. How many manufacturers do this?.
