I kinda wanna get new rims, because my truck looks similar to a lot of trucks around here, and was thinking of going to 20 inches over my stock 18s. Is that gonna make my truck ride different? Cause I love the way it rides now

if you stay with the same tire height, than yes it will affect ride quality.

You are sacrificing the size of your tire sidewall for a larger wheel. Tire sidewall is one of the components that absorb all those little bumps in the road. less sidewall = less absorbtion.

Well I'm going from 265/65R18 and going to 275/60R20 tires. And I don't know if its gonna be that much different cause its a little wider and a slightly lower profile.

Any time you take away sidewall it will result in a rougher/stiffer ride, however will handle slightly better. There's less cushion with lower sidewall tires, thus less flex going around corners. Your braking distance will also increase with the added weight of 20's, but nothing substantial.
