New to the sight (and lb7‘s)!! We bought the truck not running. It has 160k miles on it, injectors replaced once under warranty. They said it drove to the job sight and would not start back up. They replaced the wif and filter housing. We brought it home, used starting fluid on it to see if it would even run. Ran but a little loopy, replaced the fuel presser regulator. Still no start. Took the glow plugs out, one looked wet. unplugged ficm and cranked it. I saw no fuel spraying out the holes.. Next we were attempting to do the bottle test and saw that fuel was dripping out of the return line when unhooked. When pushing the plunger down, fuel would stream out the return line. Just to see what would happen we clamped off the return line and it held pressure on the plunger longer then ever, 30 minuets. Before the plunger would go soft after two minuets. Don’t know if that means anything ?!? Just trying to see if anyone can help pinpoint what to replace next..
