Truck doesn鈥檛 start after head gasket swap
Throws different codes every time
Latest code p0543
P0778
P0700
P0748
P0090
P0380
P0540

if someone in SoCal can help let me know thanks or if anyone has info

Battery鈥檚 now dead and seems like they don鈥檛 want to hold charge 馃

head gasket and head bolt went bad truck only has 100k miles

Everything installed back now doesn鈥檛 want to start ? Seem like a ecm or tcm problem

Will a Snapon scanner or tech 2
Be better than my regular scanner ?

Check all wiring looks good no pins out all ground are grounded

there was a blown little fuse and 40ampfuse blown

I replaced and no start

possible computer fried ??

I would guess you have a couple of connectors unplugged possibly, or not quite clicked in especially if it is a Cali truck. Ask how I know lol!

P0543 Intake Air Heater Element Open
P0778 Pressure Proportional to Circuit solenoid Circuit
P0700 is the general TCM Request MIL
P0748 Pressure Control Solenoid Circuit Electrical
P0090 Fuel Pressure Regulator Control Circuit
P0380 Glow Plug Feedback Circuit
P0540 Intake Air Heater Feedback Circuit

I would check your bulkhead connectors on the drivers side of the engine, and the grounds- check the ones on the lower front of the block on both sides, the one on the rear of the drivers cylinder head.
Did the codes go away after the new batteries went in?

All of codes went away ...... thanks
truck still doesn鈥檛 want to run only runs when being primed extra fast ...

Is it possible it has a bad FICM ??
Tried to reset module by
Leaving ignition on for 10mins and disconnecting battery .
that didn鈥檛 work also the security light didn鈥檛 come on while the 10min waiting period .

If it tries to run when you're priming it, sounds like a fuel supply problem- sucking air somewhere

Mine was the Fuel Pressure Regulator, but it loped bad. Would run at full throttle though. Could be sucking air or Not getting fuel to the filter. The filter heads are rebuild-able as well. Cheap. I just see something going wrong while you fixed the heads but O-rings do go bad and lines do get cracked and suck when disturbed.
