So today I got my lbz tuned with kory Willis tunes at a local shop of coarse I had to see what it had and was doing a little burnout at a standstill and then let off the throttle and it kinda sounded like my turbo fluttered it's the first time I ever heard it. Any problems or is it normal

Some people call it "barking" the turbo, it isn't good for the turbo. If it happens once or twice no big deal but often could lead to damage. Best thing to do is instead of just letting off the throttle immediately after going WOT, let off slow and it should help.
