can anyone help me with the dission to buy or not to buy an item off of ebay i have an 03 2500 and was wannting just alittle more clerance so i can fit 315/75/16 s copy and paste this link and it will take you right there or here is the item #230102678516

did you look at those ones on ebay? do you think they go on top of your factory blocks?
