lift blocks and keys

can anyone help me with the dission to buy or not to buy an item off of ebay i have an 03 2500 and was wannting just alittle more clerance so i can fit 315/75/16 s copy and paste this link and it will take you right there or here is the item #230102678516

Johnny, you don't need them to fit your tires. You can turn the factory keys to attain what you want.
I have 315's on a 34.5" diameter, and stock keys, with room to crank further. Hundreds of people have done this. It is NOT a problem. A tiny bit of trimming on the front dam. No rubbing. And the CV joints will not be near as stressed, as the green keys will make them. The keys are a sure way to cause yourself future wear issues, a close look at the geometry, and you can see that the torsion bars are also stressed more. The pogo ride that is induced, requires further mods to prevent shock topout failure, which is common with people who don't know what they are doing.

There is no stock removeable block either. Get the tapered 2" block if you are going to do this, though the leaf method is better, but you might be surprised at how high the rear will be with nothing .
