lift blocks and keys

can anyone help me with the dission to buy or not to buy an item off of ebay i have an 03 2500 and was wannting just alittle more clerance so i can fit 315/75/16 s copy and paste this link and it will take you right there or here is the item #230102678516

i never did any lifts on trucks,but i've been wanting to put a lift on my truck..i did some searching and i would personlly go with the blocks..

i just put a set of 315-75R16 Maxxis Bighorne MT on a 04 2500HD GMC LB7 C/C S/B and they rub with the torsion bars all the way up so he had the bumper moved forward about an inch and his problems went away...it looks a little different like that i would go with the lift and be done with it..the truck comes stock with out blocks and yes they will work just fine with that setup..just my opinion
