I run a FASS 150 and like it alot it is the one with out the xtra filters. The best out there is MITUSA being the best and then TTS dual lift pumps and kennedy dual lift pumps. MITUSA's were not being built as of last month due to the builder leaving the country for something temporarily but if i am not mistaken they are back in production again. The TTS and Kennedy are so quiet you can't hear them. LITERALLY. In order to hear them you have to put your ear to the pump and listen. One pump works all the time where the other pump only kicks in when it is need once the other falls below a certain psi i believe.

My fass seems to do the job. A little loud. I think airdog is a bit quitier
You are correct. Airdogs are much quieter than FASS. My FASS was annoyingly loud at first but with time you get used to it and now i don't even hear it except right before i crank my truck up.

Install is differenet based on if you get a lift pump with the extra filters or not. With mine all i had to do was hook into the hardline and to the top of the tank. But if you have the extra filters you have to hook a draw straw and a couple more hoses! FASS and Airdog are extremely similar. Airdog's owner is the son of FASS's owner. They are in a huge dispute about the whole competition thing and i believe that Airdog was accussed of stealing FASS's design. I don't think they did since it has several different things going for it that FASS doesn't. I don't think it has been resolved yet. Sorry. OFF TOPIC there for a minute.
