I just finally order Efi live with a blocked plate. My question is do you install with fresh gaskets on both sides? or what's the deal? Im thinking new gaskets but wanted some info before i ordered the gaskets

^Nope, you shouldn't. Just drink a beer, unbolt the bolts, (slight pause for beer after the first as these can sometimes be a pita), another beer, slide that guy down in there, tighten the bolts, victory beer, and you're good to go!

Well fortunately Im uses to jobs being a real pain in the @§§ like this. I work on armored trucks that i have to drop the rear engine mounts to lower the engine down away from the fire wall to just replace a 35 dollar fuel pressure regulator. Should be easy on any truck. But the bodys are custom built and they have the firewall less than an inch from the rocker box and head. I can barley get the valve cover off to run overheads.
So this should be easy compared to what i normally do.

I used Copper Coat sealer on my plate. I believe it seals better.
