There are some internal differences depending on what year LLY you are talking about. IIRC the only difference between the 06 LLY and 06 LBZ is programming mostly. The LBZ may have more internal differences. I know that the compression ratios dropped from the LB7 to LLY...I'm not sure about between the LLY and LBZ though.
