Those are the main things! You might look into some tie rod sleeves if you use your 4x4 very much. But other than that I think you have the bases covered. And the transgo jr will help unless you try to go nuts with the programmer, then it won't. But under around 120 hp is safe with the transgo jr. And up pipes are the pipes that run from your exhaust manifolds to up behind the turbo. there's a couple places to get aftermarket ones, but IMO they're not necessary until you start making some big power.
