I have a 2008 Duramax and I have been having problem with the mass sensor. My question is can the mass sensor be delete it.

Absolutely not. At least if you want your truck to run as it should.

With key on, engine off, see what the voltages are on the 3 lines supporting the MAF on your truck. Post those back here.

How do you know the MAF is a problem? What are are the symptoms?

The engine runs poorly, has poor mileage, smokes out of the tailpipe, etc, some of these or other maladies. See the illustration in the attachment showing one of the interactions of sensors, and computers that make the engine run correctly.
