A PPE Std Tuner, 4" exhaust system, synthetics in the drive train and keep your foot out of it are some of the best ways to up it. There is a few more but those will garner the biggest best results.

Look at my sig I can get 21 on the road going 72. It varies in town from 13 to 16 depending on how many lights I hit.
