Hi Guys,

I have a couple of issues:

#1. I put new rotors and pads on all four corners about 4 months ago and can't seem to get rid of the mushy pedal when I brake. I've bled the brakes twice now and it seems a little better, but not like it was when new or even before I changed them. Anyone have any ideas of this one?


#2. I use my emergency brake all the time. It's at the point now when I apply it, it pretty much goes to the floor with little effect. Anyone know how to adjust the emergency brake?

I also would like to know how to adjust the emergency brake on my dad's 03 Duramax 4x4 any thoughts?

The emergency brake shoes are worn out/not adjusted right. You need to pull of the rear wheels to adjust it.

You have to remember on a hydroboost system the pedal always feels kind of mushy.
