Did yesterday! It is touching the back of the bed and has plenty of extra room, the box has a little notch so the lid doesn't stick out too far. Really happy with it, and I know it isn't very deep but coming from the very deep UWS on the last truck, this is much nicer because anytime you wanted something out of the box you had to get in the bed, this one you can touch the bottom from the sides.

And heres some finished pics of the truck, Pretty much done for now I think. Its amazing how much bigger stock 20s with 35s look than my 22s and 35s on the last truck did.

Thanks bud! Good looking rig!

Sharp looking set-up.

Like the stance of the 35's on the factory wheels.

Thanks man I appreciate it! I'm loving it too!

Heres some new pics, nothing really changed just been playing around with lights.

Thank you sir! It's an actual 35x12.50r20 Toyo AT2 Extreme. I'm really happy with them, didn't have to touch the fenders or liners or anything, only rubbed on frame at full lock and was close to the UCA but not touching, but once I threw a 1/4 spacer on the front it fixed it all, and made up for the small loss of track width from the keys being turned up.
Looks great. How much did you crank it? Im trying to figure out if I can level my 2015 Denali and run 22x10.5 -25 BMF Novakanes with 285/55/22 Trial Grapplers and not have rubbing issues.

Do you think the Toyo AT2 in 295/65/20 would fit? It is 35.1 tall and 11.75 wide where your 35/12.50/20 is 34.5 tall and 12.50 wide.

Curious if you think the 1/4 spacer is for the tire width more than the height?

Also do you have Fox shocks with your Cognito Stage 4 or something else?

About to pull the trigger.

Sorry guys for some reason I didn't get emails when people where replying to this thread and have been too busy to get on here much. Have touched the truck one bit and don't really have any plans to do much except maybe delete. May get a second set of wheels and tires which will be some chrome or polished in a 22 with trails. Just honestly haven't found a wheel I really like that isn't too crazy or everywhere already. I love the simple look more and more now.

Its not cranked very much at all, probably around 1.5 in of rake. Your going to need to be turned up a lot more, depending on how much you want to cut the bumper, which will have to be done with that setup. Im also considering close to that size wheel and offset with that tire. Just love stock look too so Idk lol.

HOLY SH*T YOUR TRUCK IS AMAZING. Wow! My dream truck dude. Ever thought about a winch? Or do you not need one because that is the only thing I would add other than maybe deleting it
Thank you sir! I have no need for a winch so it just not worth the money. Also considering deleting, just not in a big rush to do so. Company pays my fuel so that the only part of it that is really worth deleting to me at this point, had the fun and got over it in my last truck.

So you have a 35x12.50r20 Toyo AT2 with a Cognito stage 4 and a 1/4" wheel spacer with no other mods and the tires don't rub?

Amazing looking truck! Makes me second guess not getting white.
Yes sir! Super happy with the turnout. Thank you very much!

Was hoping to order these on Monday. Can you help us out OP?
Sorry for the late response I wasn't get notified when people replied to the thread. I think it would fit, but I might would order a spacer just to be safe as they are only like $40. I have 1/8 spacers but would suggest 1/4 if I did it again as I have very little frame rub. The little extra height wont be a problem, I had a 325/50/22 on my last truck with the same leveling kit which was 35.3x13.3 and was fine not really any taller than this one is now.

And I have the full Cognito Stage 4 which is UCAs, front and reat fox shocks, torsion keys, and the PISK steering kit. Very happy with it.

Thanks so much for the update. I figured you were busy sorry for the multi posts. I've backed off for a bit on wanting to do anything. I want to make sure I get what I want. Would like rims but honestly I can't get into the black and for sure don't want chrome already have them stock and they are too blingy. Chrome goes on fire trucks and motor cycles and don't know why the blinged this Denali out with chrome everywhere. Grill ok but mirror caps and door handles look like junk to me. Maybe it's cause I'm in the minority but doesn't seem like it.

Its all good man! I think it is also a little much (as you could see from my last build where I completely dechromed it) but on this truck I really don't care about it, I'm just driving it and enjoying it for what it is. If you want to dechrome some, I would suggest just starting with painted mirror caps and a painted grille surround, those to really help to tone it down.

Sweet looking truck. Do you know the fender to center of Hub measurements? just cranked mine buy still riding on factory airplane tires looking to get some new tires soon.

I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy 2500 LTZ 4X4. I took it to a custom shop and had a leveling kit installed (torsion keys), and Fuel Maverick 22x9.5's with Nitto Terra 285/55/22.

Day 1, it was getting bad vibration 62 mph and up.

I had it re-aligned, and had them re-balance tires.

Still vibrated just as bad, so I took it back. They replaced one tire, and said it had a hard spot. They re-balanced everything. I still have the horrible vibration, through the steering wheel, in the floor board, in the seat, etc.

Thoughts?

Make sure is "road-force" wheel/tire balancer. Had 35s on previous truck, bad vibration when installed. Took back 2 different times with no improvement. Then went to Firestone and they have a "road-force" balancer, no more vibration after that. Road-force balancer applies force to the wheel as if on truck (from what I was told), make balancing more accurate.

Never really had vibration issues, but also never really drove the truck at high speeds as I never really leave town. If anything more of your problem I would think are coming from the leveling kit. I would suggest adding Cognito UCAs and Cognito PISK steering kit which will help the front vibration. Sorry I cant be of much more help.

I don't have exact measurements but it does sit 1.5 inches lower in front than back as I have the keys turned down a good amount. Could definitely come up some more but it drives soooo good! It honestly still looks pretty level the tires help it a lot.

Sorry to not really be as active on here as I use to be, but I'm finally getting back some interest and time to work on the truck. Delete will happen in the near future, thinking about just doing a cat back straight 5in exhaust with Korys tunes as cat back is much easier to put back to stock when the time comes and I don't really care about sound. Thinking about some tire/wheel options looking for some help deciding, going to be a fall project.

Option 1: 37x12.50r20 Trail or Toyo MT on the stock wheels while still keeping the leveling kit. I'm confident I can do it with a large fender mod and minimal trimming on the bumper if any. Will probably have to turn the keys up a bit more which I'm fine with.

Option 2: 35x12.50r22 on a 22x10 Polished or Chrome around -15 through -25 offset wheel while also keeping leveling kit. I know this will require cutting the front bumper a pretty good amount which I'm fine with, as I will probably have my local guy pull the bumper off and repull the bumper edge to fit the wheel and still look right and not butchered. I think it will only require large fender mod in the back of the wheel well. I have a buddy with 22x10 forces and 35s which I'm gonna testfit first.

I'm really interested in both options just cant decide, any feedback would be great. I know both options will be tight for space but definitely are possible with the right work. I really love the clean look it has now, but also really want some polished wheels and a little stance. I'd just do both if it was an option and swap back and forth :rofl

22's and 35's get my vote. I just ordered myself some 22x12 forces. I used to think 22's were to big but they have grown on me especially on the new body.
