So I bought a 06 lbz this weekend 136k miles the guy told me the truck was bone stock but it does not have 6.6 air box thing on the top of the motor and it has a Pcv reroute with ppe crankcase breather. Under then hood nothin else has seemed to been tampered with but is there any way to check if it has a tuner?

PCV reroute is a common thing. It doesnt requiring tuning. Take it to a dealer service center & ask them if it has the factory tuning. Theyll be able to tell if it has or has not been tuned.
