well my wifes new half ton has finaly hit my last straw, who has a programer that will turn off that active fuel crap. try to drive 65 down the interstate w/o cruise and the thing is constantly up down on speed from kicking in and out of 4 to 8 cylinders, also at 45 in town it kicks down to 4 and it feels like the motors gonna fall out. how can i turn that crap off, i bought a v8 and thats what i wanna drive. i only use this truck when i cant get my truck into the job but other than that its her daily driver, is there just a fuse that can be pulled or what, thanks

Supposedly you need to get a tune to disable AFM/DOD and no codes will pop up.
