Trying to figure out the best route to take. A buddy of mine has approached me about a DPF delete on his 08 LMM. Doesn't want to spend a fortune. Just wants the DPF gone and better fuel mileage. What is the best route (brands) to take? Just wants to do a delete pipe and not a full exhaust. Thanks for your help.

Well you will have to get some kind of programmer to clear the codes or the truck will stay in limp. Pretty sure you can go with PPE, Quadzilla, Edge E/R, H&S, and MAYBE Superchips? For bypassing it there are simple delete pipes for I think 100-200 bucks.

I know I will need a tuner, I am just trying to get an idea of which to go with. I am clueless to the Duramax aftermarket.
