If you dont want to have to update just buy the PPE HOT +2 RACE and keep it tuned on the lower levels. Then when u get ready to turn it up you wont have to update u can just turn it on up. I have the Hot +2 Race and it is an awesome tuner. I suggest it to anyone the shifts are smooth even on level 7 which is the only level i even run unless im towing something.

^^^that never works, if the power is available the urge is always there to crank it up.
:rof This is very true like i said i keep mine turned all the way up but I do not rip on my truck every day. I will eventually have to upgrade my tranny but with my driving it will last me a good 3-4 years but if you rip hard enough on it you will get the fun of rebuilding it sooner than later :gearjamin

This is for all new body stlye Chevy / GMC trucks with the duramax, arguably the best box tuner on the market, 4 power settings up to an additional +225hp and +335ft/lbs and upgradeable to +395hp and +580 ft/lbs this is a special NADP model that is made for the removal of your DPF.. this will allow you to get an increase of 3-5 mpg
Thats the exact add for the PPE. I didnt find anywhere on the site that says anything about an NADP version, or anything about making the LMM "race" version work on the LBZ though.

Were on the PPE site can i update this tuner to work on my LBZ? Also, on the PPE i see there is four power levels for my truck, What would be a safe power level that i can run on, 90hp, or 160hp? I have a TransGo Jr waiting install if it makes a difference. Do i need a lift pump and fuel rail shims to achive full potention out of the PPE on the 225hp tune? What other corrisponding mods do i need with this tuner?

Would the 90hp tune on the PPE be that much better than the 80hp (I Think) tune that was on my Bully Dog Triple Dog?

With keeping my foot out of it, what kind of mileage increase will i see?
Mods currently on my truck now are: Cognito leveling kit, 305/70/16 Firestone Destiation M/T Tires, Moto Metal 951 Wheels, 5" MBRP Straight (No kiitty or muffler) Exhaust, K&N CAI with K&N Pre-Filter. I beleive that is all that could affect mileage and power.

Thanks

The Bully Dog i had would not smoke on the Performance level after installing the CAI. Doesnt matter if i rolled into the throttle or smashed the throttle.
