No need to search for vehicle and year specific. Trailer wiring is standard across the industry. The only time you'd find otherwise is if someone wired a trailer their own way

7 wire plugs are blades that's all I've ever seen, with the center (backup lights) is round,

Sorry but that's wrong. I've used 7 round when I wired a trailer with the idea that it was an excuse that I couldn't lend it out. They are still used and available.

M.A.M. sorry the trailer wired that way was a long time ago, late 70's early 80's. Now I would just say no.
D_R_C you're correct about not finding them on vehicles from the factory. I think they are used primarily on semi's. I threw that out there because of your statement of "7 wire plugs are blades". You just can't be sure of what you might find out there
