I have two days in this little project so far. all that is left is to finish the welds and all the little finish work and paint.:rockin what do yall think so far?

Looks good. I spent a couple days building one for My beater. Have not got the gumption to rip apart the front of the Dmax yet.

Thanks for all the positive replies. I just finished all the welding today. Should finish all the prep and paint this week. I was going for a mix between frontier and ranchhand. Hope the paint turns out good. Will post finished pics this week..... Hopefully:cool:

Really sharp. Did you keep track of your measurements and angle cuts for the rest of us to copy? I was thinking of doing something like the Ranchand bumper for duallies that runs up beside the bubble fenders. But realy they look great.

got the first coat of paint on. prolly going to go back and wetsand the tubing
