My friend that works at the local GM dealer said they are try to cut back on emission even more for the new LMM. It will take a catylac convertor that requires more fuel to cut the exhaust to meet the require emissions. That means the fuel mileage will be goin to poop.

Plenty of ppl around here use "rig fuel" or "farm fuel" which they wont be able to use anymore. Hang on your diesels!

Ya thats the big thing out. All the Diesels GM, Dodge, Ford have made there trucks run cleaner emissions to comply with laws. GM switched over on January 1 2007 :rolleyes:

i wouldn't say the fuel mileage is going to poop just yet,just my 2 cents

Its gonna take extra fuel for this to work... so idunno how fuel mileage is gonna improve as stay the sam

not nessacerilly with the engineering they have avalible i'm guessing you'll see the fuel economy same as before.afterall we have heat guided missiles:rof just a thought take it for what it's worth.:cool:
