ok my next appearence mod is going to be new headlight housing but i can not figure out which will look best on my truck. it is between Black/smoked halo projectors or cystal clear halo projectors OR just regular black/smoke lens just like the oem ones or crystal clear oem ones which would just eliminate the yellow on the sides and corner. here is a pic off my truck i like clear lenses in it i think it looks clean im afraid if i goto a black lenses it will be way to much black on the front off my truck. what ya'll think?

I forget to say that i plan on painting the chrome bumper black in the future so figure that into your decision also

I have the Crystal ones they are clear still but they dont have the yellow reflectors they have silver reflectors. I think they look great and IMO they would really good on your truck aswell.

I have smoked OEM looking housings, no projectors, and HID's. They are not on the truck in my avatar pic. My truck is about the same color as yours also. If you want Ill post a pic later when its light out. Actually it will have to be monday Im almost off work till then and dont have a computer at home besides my phone.

Any kind of halo projector headlights will RICE the living crap out of that truck and make it look cheap IMO.

And if I were you, I'd do something about that grille first...like get the (what used to be chrome) color matched and leave the inserts black... then get the chrome piece on the bumper color matched as well.

It's already lowered, and 95% color matched....painting that bumper piece black and getting projectors would just kill it..

Agreed! U would colormatch the lower reflector to if it isnt already. I can't tell from the pic.

On new body style trucks they look real nice, and actually function properly... I had them on my truck a year after I bought it and I took TONS of crap from everyone...and since the lights are left to right and not up and down, you can't adjust them properly. IMO I think they look OEM on a NBS truck and work..... but just didn't cut it on my truck....or maybe I'm just to picky :help

Yeah... where the chrome is on your bumper....color match that too. And kudos on changing the grille out, it will look 100X better.

Ok i think i am going to keep my grill but paint the perimeter of it silver to match the body and leave the inserts black, and then get the factory black tinted lenses w/ hids in em. the silver outlines on the gril will break all the black up between the headlights and grill

I like your truck how it is. If your determined to do something, change the grill. A mesh one would look awesome.

Do paint match smoked. You just take your paint color and add paint thinner how much is the question. Then you do a few light coats and bam your done.
