So made up my mind block will be going to SoCal for line bore. I figure I can save quite a bit on shipping if I just change the order of the build process. I had planned on finishing the block before moving on with the rotating assembly but if I wait till I am ready to start the heads the block and heads can be shipped together. Also after discussing it with Guy made the decision to go with stg2 heads.

Sometimes it pays to make adjustments in the schedule.

Was it because it was sent to a Ford dealer?

Also researching Edelbrock heads very well may go that route.

Trying to figure out what it would take to use an LML oul pump in this LBZ build.
I seem to be getting conflicting information.
So far it's looking like the least amount needed would be LML oil pump and gear, oil pickup, upper and lower oil pans, LML front cover, LML damper, and all LML accessories drive.
Maybe in addition the rear plate and some custom plumbing for turbo oiling. Through researching this I have found if I don't go the is route I will need to exchange the LML girdle for an LBZ girdle.
Hopefully Mr. Lutz has better luck with his research as now he has brought his parts knowledge to the table once again.
