I was out at good ol walmart the other night and noticed Rotella has a new 10W30 that says its for diesel applications. Has anybody tried this stuff? Is it safe for D-max use?

I believe it's the new sythetic, I was going to use it but it was a little pricey for me and i'm just sticking with the 15-40....it's worked good so far been running it since day one.

should be fine? probably more of a winter time oil though because the 15w40 is so thick..

Why would anyone want to put a THINNER oil in there truck? Does anyone understand what goes on inside a motor and what oil actually does? Seriously? :rant

Stick with 15-40
