I have not been around much in the past couple months. I have been busy building a new shop. I had to pawn the Dmax back out after being paid for to finance it but it is finally coming together.

It is a 30x40 with 1/2 fully enclosed. The other half will be three sides. I have done all the work myself with the exception of pouring the concrete. I did dig it, form it and tie the bar myself. Just do not have the equipment to finish it. I am almost done with the shell. I will insulate and sheetrock the inside. My total cost to date is only 7k. Once rocked it will raise it to about $8500 not too bad for a 30x40.

Sweet shop! I just built a 24x30 fully enclosed shop in my backyard and am in the process of running power and lights to it.

Ate you welding on pre engineered material?

If you want to call Purlin pre engineered. It is just carbon steel. I built the whole structure out of 2-7/8 drill casing. Buried the poles 2ft under and concreted them in. Built my own trusses out of the same material

I have jealously been watching your photos on Facebook really wanting to do a 30x56 with lean to in the back. Hope fully next spring. Looks Good!
