Hey I’ll be honest with you guys I’m in way over my head. I’m a body man and I’m new to this rebuilds. I sent my heads to the machine shop to get cleaned and checked after a blown head gasket now I can’t even tell which is the driver side and passenger side head...sorry for the silly question like I said I’m in way over my head, and tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. One of my biggest fears is tearing a truck down and rebuilding the motor. Well I tore it down but I don’t know if I can get it back together...

Based off your pic the Right cylinder head in the picture is the driver side and the left cylinder head in the picture is the passenger side. If you're looking at the picture as if you were looking at them from the front of the vehicle the right one would install on the driver side as it sits and the left cylinder head needs to be rotated 180 and go on the passenger side.
