So I took my '10 LMM in to the dealership today. Had a check engine light come on twice over the last couple weeks, then turn off. (see my previous thread) So I took it in to the dealership, and they now say it needs a whole new turbocharger. Tech said the vanes were clogging, and the check engine light came on from over-boosting the turbo. he thought it was from some build up or something. I was surprised this was possible with only 30k miles on it, but he said he had seen it before.. Anyone else heard of this?
