Howdy fellow DuraMax heads! That sounds kinda funny comming from an ole
7.3 PSD man (like i once was) but now , like young Skywalker, I have returned
from tha dark side and the"FORCE" is now with me. Max Force that is.

Anyway, need some pics of all these hot trucks Im hearin about. Need some input on ,wheels tires, lifts, running boards, the works.

The new ride is a White 2007 "Classic 2500 HD LT1 LBZ (i guess) 6 speed Alice
4 x4 Crew Cab Long Bed. Got get me some new wheels and tires before the neighbors see it. Be running Weld Racing on my old PSDs.
Help me OB1 You guys are my only hope!

Hey Ryan,

Just picked up the new truck and I love that CHEVY ride!
I like those MOTTO wheels and tire combo you have on your truck.
Can you give me the part # of the wheels you have. Saw the 954 on Wheels
for Less but not sure on spacing and all that other tech. talk. They must list 5 or 6 diff. part #s

Is this a good place to buy wheels?

Max goes into the custom shop next week. Hide a ball for my gooseneck, elec.
brakes, 7 way plug in bed post and a set of stainless nerf bar steps.
Would like to get the wheels & tires ordered and I really like your set up and we both know it works.

Thanks for the pic and your help

I,ll post pics when Im finished

Havent seen too many 2500 CC Long beds running around so maybe I,ll be alittle different

Later

well first of a good shift kit or tranny upgrade is recommended but is possible to do it with out it...here is a bone stock LBZ with the ppe hot et2 pushing 490rwhp and over 900rwtqr,darn i can't find the right web page, but with a good tune you can hit 400rwhp somewhat easily....the best tunes avalible for this kind of hp is ppe and efi live...with what i've done to my LBZ it should be over 400rwhp seeing the stock 2500HD truck dynos 315rwhp...i can tell you better in about 2 weeks from now i will have the true facts on the hp...

found the web page....i said it was a stock truck well i had that info wrong he does have some other stuff on the truck so here you go enjoy it has some very interesting info http://www.thedieselgarage.com/projects/Chevy/6.6Dmax/6.6shootout.htm ..to get the best results for the ppe hot et2 you'll need a bigger fuel pump, fuel rail,a stage 4 tranny and a good torqu converter

I had 20 inch Moto Medal 954's on 37" toyo M/T's on my old chevy. Loved them. I now have black chrome 20" Avienti's on 35" Dick Cepek's. Hate the Dick Cepeks. I am planning on getting Toyo's M/T's again. In my opinion they are the best tire out there as far as load rating, road noise, functionality if you want the rugged mud terrian look. If you are looking for a lift I like the Pro Comp for a 6 inch, Fabtech for an 8 inch and Cognito for anything bigger. Good luck and happy building !!!!
