Hey guys, finally got my dream truck. No problems so far but I have noticed that under the hood that when I raise the hood there is an oily substance around the latch area and all over the fiber mat that undelines the hood. Anyone know where this would be coming from? I cant find anything spraying or leaking. Any help would be appreciated.
P.S. My truck is a 2002 2500 HD crewcab 4x4 with the Duramax with 170,000 miles.

Check your A/C compressor, if the seal is out it will sling refrigerant oil all over the placeThanks guys, hope someone can answer the question.
