So I've had a vibration in my truck since I bought it. I had 2 u-joints changed under waranty which cleared up most of the vibration at speed, but its still an issue. Now it can be felt through the gas pedal AND floor, in the back seat its really noticable. Whenever I step on the gas or let off it happens for a second as it passes between 1000-1500 rpm. I think its gotta be coming from the tranny but the dealer seems to think its normal. Anyone else have this issue or any idea what might be the problem???

How about front wheel bearings? Out of balance tire? Bent rim?

I know its not a tire or bent rim. I don't think any of those would cause a vibration only a certain RPM regardless of gear would they?

I got ahold of some really shitty tires last year and they did the same thing you describing. Never could get them to balance.
